The next chapter unfolded at Progress, where Stefan assumed the role of Senior Director HR EMEA, overseeing a significant transformation in the company. His expertise in change management and business sustainability shone through, earning him a subsequent promotion to Vice President HR EMEA and APAC. Throughout this period, he embraced the challenges of transformation, demonstrating that, with education and communication, even the most significant organizational shifts could be navigated seamlessly.
