Silse commenced her professional journey as an Account Executive at Fleishman-Hillard in Miami, gaining invaluable experience in the realm of public relations. Educationally, Silse pursued a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University in 2015. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Arizona State University in 1994. Currently pursuing a Board Diploma in Strategy for Boards and Digital Transformation for Boards at IMD Business School, Silse continues to augment her strategic leadership capabilities.
