As Head of Marketing at Amazon, Randy led the brand repositioning effort for the Kids segment, achieving over 160% performance to plan for four consecutive years. As Director of Marketing for T-Mobile and GM-Walmart Business, he successfully sold the Walmart Family Mobile brand to TracFone based on its four-year business success. At Microsoft, Randy's Collaborative Marketing Team exceeded forecast estimates by 11% for the Windows Phone launch.
