Having built and exited two businesses his key expertise is in revenue generation and operations. He works with leaders on building winning cultures via programs such as OKRs, people management and leadership, performance management and operational frameworks. Rainer brings a truly global approach to his coaching having lived/worked in 4 countries (US, EU, APAC).
