Na’am Jamshed is a distinguished healthcare strategist and policy leader with more than 25 years of cross-sector experience across the emerging markets of EMEA, including the Middle East, Africa, Russia, the CIS, and Turkey. Her career has been defined by a commitment to advancing healthcare innovation, policy reform, and system transformation through visionary leadership and global collaboration.

As the Founder and CEO of Bridge X Advisory, a UAE-based consultancy specializing in life sciences strategy, governance, and policy development, Na’am advises multinational organizations, governments, and health institutions on driving sustainable growth and regulatory excellence. Her work focuses on bridging corporate ambition with public-health priorities, ensuring that innovation translates into meaningful patient outcomes. Prior to founding Bridge X Advisory, Na’am held senior regional leadership positions at several of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, including Johnson & Johnson, GSK, MSD, and Merck. During her tenure as Head of Government Affairs & Policy for EMEA Emerging Markets at Johnson & Johnson, she led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with governments, regulators, and industry bodies, successfully shaping policy frameworks, expanding patient access, and strengthening long-term healthcare infrastructure. She also served on the EMEA Government Affairs & Policy Board and the Emerging Markets Innovative Medicines Board, where she influenced strategy across diverse healthcare systems. Na’am’s expertise spans Commercial Strategy, Market Access, Public Affairs, and Corporate Communications, and she is widely recognized for her ability to harmonize global objectives with regional realities. Having lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Na’am brings a rare intersection of experience across both emerging markets and mature G5 healthcare systems, enabling her to bridge diverse policy landscapes with global strategic perspectives. Her leadership has consistently delivered measurable results in challenging environments, building trust among stakeholders and advancing the sustainability of healthcare ecosystems. Beyond her corporate leadership, Na’am serves on the Board of Directors at AmCham Abu Dhabi, where she also Chairs the Healthcare Committee. Her contributions to organizations such as PhRMA MEA and MECOMED have further strengthened the region’s policy infrastructure and commitment to ethical, inclusive growth. Recognized among the “50 Most Inspirational Women in Leadership – Middle East” for three consecutive years (2023, 2024, and 2025), Na’am is also a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As Executive Sponsor of the Women Leadership & Inclusion (WLI) Chapter at Johnson & Johnson Middle East, she mentored emerging female leaders and fostered a culture of belonging, integrity, and shared success.
