Mihai Csaki stands as an award-winning medical affairs professional, with Emergency Medicine M.D. background. Mihai held various executive positions in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, newcomer employment support, occupational health, cosmetics, dental and medical device distribution and healthcare technology integration. With a profound commitment to continuous learning and personal development, Mihai has helped more than 1000 licensed newcomers find the alternative path in the healthcare space. 

In his current role as a Medical Lead and Advisor in Scientific Affairs, his academic function  at the University of Toronto, and his executive board position with the Council of Pharmaceutical Education, Mihai is passionate about  knowledge dissemination, creating and implementing numerous engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning programs. A true advocate for perpetual growth, Mihai served as the Training Manager at a prominent Toronto-based organization, fostering an environment where learning is considered the foundation for personal and company growth. Ever since moving to Canada, Mihai is the managing partner at RIMAX Inc., a consultancy company specializing in guiding internationally educated healthcare professionals towards alternative career paths in Canada. His impact in the pharmaceutical industry is evident in his position as a Hospital Specialist at Purdue Pharma, where he focused on inspiring positive change in cancer centers and academic institutions. With a profound commitment to education, Mihai served as the Training Manager, designing and delivering training programs for a 100+-member team. Mihai moved a paper based onboarding and training program to a modern paperless system, later acting as a regional international LMS administrator role for multiple North American clients.. As a seasoned professional, Mihai's journey includes roles such as Associate Partner at JSG Group, where he excelled in identifying and recruiting executive talent in the healthcare sector. His earlier experiences include General Management role at Chesapeake Occupational Health Services,  Health Service Management at Diamond T & F, Montero, Europharm Holding SA, GSK - Europharm, and Montero Distribution Group, showcasing a diverse and accomplished career trajectory. Mihai's educational journey is equally impressive, holding a Medical Doctor degree in Emergency Medicine from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hațieganu," Cluj-Napoca.
