At the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Melisa has been instrumental in designing and executing communication strategies for the Green Bond Transparency Platform (GBTP), earning it international accolades and presenting it to over 4,000 market players.In her previous role as a Strategic Communications Consultant at CG Social Impact, Melisa developed and implemented communication plans for impact investment projects in Latin America. Her tenure as a Public Affairs Consultant at Grow Mobility highlights her ability to effect change through strategic communication and public affairs, successfully introducing and promoting the electric scooter sharing system in Latin America and establishing it as a sustainable transportation option. Her career began at the Télam National News Agency of Argentina, where she founded and led the U.S. bureau, positioning the agency as a reputable international media outlet and navigating high-stakes environments during pivotal events. At Pancita Feliz – Children Support Center, she led a successful donation campaign that positively impacted 150 children and their families.
