Matt Hurley is a seasoned global business leader with more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and transforming technology companies across cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and enterprise services. His career reflects a rare combination of strategic vision, operational rigor, and an unwavering focus on revenue growth, customer success, and long-term value creation.

Throughout his career, Matt has been trusted by CEOs, boards, and investors to step into complex environments and lead organizations through pivotal moments—growth acceleration, market expansion, restructuring, and successful exits. He has held senior executive roles spanning Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Customer Success Officer, General Manager, and Senior Vice President positions, with responsibility across sales, marketing, channels, services, customer success, finance, and operations. This breadth of leadership has allowed him to view go-to-market strategy holistically, aligning people, process, and technology to deliver predictable, scalable results. Matt’s leadership journey includes senior roles at globally recognized organizations such as OneLogin, Juniper Networks, Bell Canada, Sun Microsystems, Censys, Hyperproof, and e2open. At OneLogin, he was a key contributor to the company’s growth strategy and successful exit to Quest Software, helping drive sustained revenue growth, global expansion, and a channel-first operating model. At Juniper Networks and Bell Canada, he managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios, led large global teams, and oversaw complex partner ecosystems, establishing industry-recognized programs that drove both scale and profitability. Across multiple organizations, Matt has repeatedly demonstrated the ability to unify fragmented go-to-market functions, improve customer retention and expansion, and restore growth momentum in challenging market conditions. He has led global teams of hundreds, managed P&L responsibility at scale, launched partner and channel programs from the ground up, expanded into international markets, and guided companies through periods of economic uncertainty, funding constraints, and organizational change. His work has consistently resulted in improved net revenue retention, pipeline growth, customer health, and operational efficiency. In more recent years, Matt has brought his experience into advisory, consulting, and executive coaching roles, founding and leading GTM and leadership consulting practices while serving as an advisor and board member to technology companies and academic institutions. He is known for his ability to quickly diagnose business challenges, clarify strategic priorities, and help leadership teams execute with discipline and confidence. His board and advisory work has included supporting CEO transitions, M&A activity, international expansion, and governance during high-growth and turnaround phases.
