Llewella's journey took a significant turn when she assumed the role of HR Manager, Culture Initiatives at NCR, INC. Currently at the helm of this vital position, she has showcased exceptional leadership in steering company-wide projects that address critical facets of employee experience, including Return to Office (RTO) strategies, inclusive best practices, and cultural behaviors. Her influence extends to global onboarding programs, ensuring a consistent and positive new employee experience, reflecting her dedication to fostering a strong organizational culture. During her tenure as Global Lead, Culture and Employee Experience at NCR, INC., Llewella took the lead in establishing and nurturing partnerships within HR and across business lines. Her collaboration with Talent Acquisition on diversity recruiting initiatives underscores her commitment to fostering inclusivity within the workforce. Llewella has played a pivotal role in leading the global DEI Council, where she facilitates discussions and initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Prior to her impactful role at NCR, Llewella contributed significantly to Neenah, INC., as the Manager of Talent & Performance Management. Here, she demonstrated her prowess in designing and executing organizational learning strategies, including leadership programs, performance management, and talent review processes. Her ability to consult, collaborate, and design comprehensive learning strategies showcased her dedication to professional, functional, and leadership development. Llewella's journey in the field of Learning and Development began at Fiserv, INC., where she served as the Enterprise Learning & Development Manager. In this role, she led the strategic design and deployment of learning programs, playing a crucial part in aligning organizational practices with revenue targets. Her impact extended globally, ensuring consistency and inclusivity for all Fiserv leaders.
