Linda's career encompasses a spectrum of roles and achievements, all aimed at creating a harmonious and inclusive society. Her journey began as a Youth Mentor at STAMP dance in 2003, where she ignited the joy of intercultural dance in multicultural youth. This early experience laid the foundation for her passion for cultural diversity and personal development. Her commitment to education and inclusivity led Linda to become a Lecturer at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a role she has held for over a decade. Her impact extended further as she became a Visiting Lecturer at NAPTOSA, specializing in multicultural education. Her leadership and vision also found expression through the creation of the Social Transformation And Multicultural Performance (STAMP) organization, which she helms as CEO. As a published author of "Did You Pack Your Bag: A Checklist for Mental Baggage," Linda shares her fresh perspectives on diversity, equity inclusion, leadership, staff development, parenting, and teaching, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to helping individuals lead happier and more productive lives. Her expertise extends to the world of dance, where she served as Director and Choreographer of the Linda Vargas Flamenco Dance Company, further bridging cultures and traditions through the art of dance. Linda's academic journey is marked by her relentless pursuit of knowledge. She holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, specializing in multicultural education, social cohesion, cultural diversity, and intercultural dance.
