Transitioning to the world of project management, Linda joined Watermark as a Project Manager. In this role, she seamlessly orchestrated complex projects related to SaaS software. Her strategic prowess, combined with an adept understanding of change management, ensured successful project outcomes. Linda also played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between cross-functional teams, facilitating seamless collaboration, and ensuring technical feasibility. In her capacity as a Product Consultant at Watermark, Linda extended her reach to institutions of higher education. She imparted her product expertise, designed and conducted client certification courses, and instilled in her clients the knowledge and insights required for university accreditation and faculty annual reviews. Linda's commitment to education extended to the state level, as she partnered with Michigan's Department of Education to implement teacher educator evaluation plans. Her role as a teacher evaluation trainer and Michigan regional liaison solidified her position as a thought leader in the field. A pivotal chapter in Linda's journey was her tenure as the National Director and Certified Trainer at the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. She directly impacted over 2,000 educators, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary for classroom management and differentiated instruction.
