Kobi's journey began at the Israel Security Agency (ISA, Shabak), where he quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating an exceptional ability to navigate complex and volatile security landscapes. As Director of Facility Security & Personnel Protection during the challenging Intifada period, Kobi led and inspired hundreds of security professionals, ensuring the safety of critical assets and individuals. His passion for innovation and relentless pursuit of excellence led him to establish and lead the Training Unit for the Israeli national security establishment in Israel & abroad. Kobi's vision and expertise in information security were instrumental in his role as the Head of the Integrity & Pre-employment Vetting unit, contributing significantly to the defense industry's protection. With a vision to create robust and integrated security infrastructures, Kobi joined Teva Pharmaceuticals Group, a multinational organization with a presence in over 60 countries. As VP Head of Global Corporate Security, he played a pivotal role in building a multinational, cross-cultural security organization from scratch. His strategic acumen and ability to navigate diverse geographies allowed him to establish and lead various security programs critical to the organization's success. Beyond his leadership in the corporate world, Kobi's commitment to fostering innovation and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs has been commendable. As an Advisory Board Member, Mentor, and Coach for numerous startup companies, he has been a guiding force, nurturing young talent, and helping them realize their visions.
