Juan Carlos Ortiz is a senior international executive with over 25+ years of leadership experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors, specializing in business growth, market expansion, and commercial strategy across Latin America. His career spans senior roles in leading multinational organizations, where he has consistently driven revenue growth, built high-performing teams, and successfully translated global strategies into effective regional execution.

Juan Carlos has held executive and senior leadership positions with globally recognized companies including Siemens, BenQ/Siemens, HTC, and Bullitt Group. Throughout these roles, he managed complex multi-country operations, led strategic accounts with major telecom operators such as América Móvil, Telefónica, and TIM, and oversaw large regional revenues. His work has been instrumental in strengthening market presence, optimizing sales channels, and developing go-to-market strategies across B2B, B2C, and enterprise segments. As Managing Director and Sales Director for Latin America at HTC, he led regional operations generating more than USD 80 million in revenue, defining the business model for market expansion and aligning product, channel, and marketing strategies to local market realities. Later, as Vice President of Sales for Latin America at Bullitt Group, he directed regional sales operations for a decade, expanding carrier, retail, and enterprise partnerships while leading multicultural teams through sustained growth and market diversification. In parallel with his corporate career, Juan Carlos co-founded LAT Consulting in 2012, a firm dedicated to commercial development and professional empowerment in Latin America. Through LAT Consulting, he has advised technology companies entering or scaling in the region, supporting market entry, strategic partnerships, and revenue acceleration. His work bridges traditional business development with human-centered leadership, helping organizations move from strategy to execution with greater coherence and impact. His consulting work reflects a practical, results-driven approach rooted in decades of executive leadership.

In recent years, he has expanded his focus into executive mentoring and leadership development, integrating his commercial expertise with applied psychology and coaching.
