Joel is a DEI Mentor and Coach, an Author and Keynote Speaker. He has served as Dean of Students at several universities and is currently an Adjunct at Brandman University. He is also a Faculty Member of the Academy of Creative Coaching. Joel was recently recognized by the Latinx/a/o Knowledge Community of NASPA for his outstanding service to the community.
