Rooted in Columbus, Ohio, her professional journey has been shaped by pivotal roles at industry giants, each chapter a testament to the evolution of strategic prowess, change leadership, and a steadfast commitment to fostering success.

Serving as Vice-President, Regional Human Resources, Spirits Control Region at Southern Glazer’s, Deb had the privilege of steering through intricate HR landscapes across 17 U.S. states and 10 Canadian provinces. In this role, her focus on directing comprehensive HR systems sought improved compliance, reduced litigation, and a workplace that fostered heightened employee morale. The additional responsibility of Leadership/Executive Coach was an enriching chapter, solidifying her commitment to nurturing organizational brilliance. During her tenure as Manager, District Human Resources at Walmart Stores, orchestrating the HR strategy for 14 retail stores was a fulfilling responsibility. The district's annual sales revenue of over $1 billion was a collective achievement that highlighted the collaborative efforts of a dedicated team. As a Manager at Armstrong World Industries, Human Resources, Deb had the privilege of managing HR functions in two manufacturing plants across countries. The focus on coaching leaders at all levels aimed at enhancing effectiveness and contributing to tangible improvements in business metrics.
