As Director of Strategy Integration & Implementation during his seven-year tenure at Nike, he navigated the company through a major business reorganization, leaving an indelible mark on its global geographies entity. At adidas, he spearheaded the transformation of brand experiences in global cities, revitalized market share, and helped propel the company's global resurgence. As the Founder and Director of Custament Partners LLC, Christopher's passion for enabling growth and transformation has allowed him to empower leaders and organizations in the USA and overseas, offering strategic guidance that spans global brand development, executive team facilitation, board advisory, and leadership coaching.
