Cecilia de González is a distinguished senior consultant in organizational culture transformation, executive coach, and international trainer whose career spans more than three decades of leadership and measurable impact across Central America. Her professional journey reflects a rare combination of strategic vision, deep human understanding, and the ability to translate culture and leadership principles into sustainable organizational results.

Cecilia is the Founder and Director of Metas & Visión, a consulting firm she established in 2008 that has since become a trusted partner for organizations seeking cultural alignment, leadership maturity, and strategic clarity. Through this platform, she has guided companies, family-owned enterprises, and senior leadership teams through complex transformation processes, helping them strengthen governance, elevate leadership capability, and align people strategies with business objectives. Prior to founding her firm, Cecilia built an extensive career in senior Human Resources leadership within the aviation and maintenance industry, notably with TACA Airlines and Aeroman MRO. Over more than 20 years in executive HR roles, she led regional human capital strategies across El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Peru. Her responsibilities encompassed large-scale culture and engagement programs, human performance and safety initiatives, compensation and labor relations frameworks, talent development systems, and HR due diligence during international acquisition and growth processes. In highly regulated, safety-critical environments, she became a key architect of cultural excellence, accountability, and leadership credibility. Cecilia’s influence extends beyond corporate environments. She is a recognized international speaker, frequently invited to share insights on leadership, culture, and transformation at professional forums and congresses, including engagements with the German Chamber of Commerce (AHK) and international Neuro-Semantics conferences. She is also a university lecturer, contributing to master’s programs and professional diplomas in Human Resources, Leadership, and Human Development, where she bridges academic rigor with real-world executive experience. Her academic foundation includes an MBA from INCAE Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas (UCA), complemented by advanced certifications in Neuro-Semantics, NLP, Meta-Coaching, and Family Business Consulting. This multidisciplinary background allows her to work fluently at the intersection of strategy, leadership behavior, mindset, and organizational systems. In addition to her consulting and academic work, Cecilia is a respected leader within the professional HR community. She is the Founder and former President of the Asociación de Líderes del Talento Humano de El Salvador (ALTHES) and currently serves as a member of its Board of Directors, contributing to governance, strategic direction, and the development of future HR leadership in the region.
