In his role as Customer and Partner Experience Senior Manager at Microsoft Latin America, Angel led CX business strategies, analyzing customer and partner data to drive improvements. His initiatives earned him the Worldwide CPE Champion award and significantly enhanced customer satisfaction. Angel's contributions to education extend beyond Microsoft. As the former National Director of Education in El Salvador, he successfully managed funds to rebuild +2,600 of public schools after earthquakes, positively impacting countless students.
